  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon olive

Method

Combine the flour, eggs, and olive oil in a stand-up mixer and work the mixture until it has the texture of coarse sand. (If you don’t have a stand-up mixer, knead the ingredients together by hand or in a food processor.) When you pinch some of the mixture it should hold together.
