  • cup olive oil
  • 2 large garlic cloves, thinly sliced

Method

Preheat the oven to 375°F. In a sauté pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat and sauté the garlic until it just begins to color. Be careful the garlic doesn’t burn or it will become bitter. In a medium bowl, toss the bread cubes with the garlic-flavored olive oil and place on a wire
