  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime or lemon juice

Method

In a medium bowl, whisk together the orange juice, lime juice, cumin, cinnamon, mint, and olive oil until well combined. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Store, covered, in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
