  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
  • 2 large

Method

In a large pot or wok, heat the olive oil and sesame oil. Add the spinach, in batches if necessary, and sauté over high heat for 1 minute or until the spinach just begins to wilt. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and drops of lemon juice and sprinkle with the sesame seeds.
