Here are some wine country ideas for saucing or topping a simple grilled or pan-sautéed piece of beef or pork.
In a medium bowl, gently combine the avocado, tomato, onion, chile, garlic, lime juice, cilantro, and sugar. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Store, covered, in the refrigerator if not serving immediately. Best used the day it is made.
