  • ½ cup chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 3 tablespoons

Method

In a blender or food processor, combine the onion, garlic, basil, mint, wine, salt, and pepper and blend or process with 3 or 4 short bursts. Transfer to a medium bowl and whisk in the olive oil.
