  • 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon thinly sliced garlic

Method

In a small sauté pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat and sauté the garlic until softened and just beginning to brown. Add the tomatoes and stir for 1 minute more or until they just barely begin to soften. Remove from the heat, cool slightly, and stir in the herbs. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
