This dish has a lot of elements, but don’t let that scare you off. It’s a very pretty dish for a special occasion. The filling and the Red Bell Pepper Sauce can be prepared a day ahead. The soufflé layer can be prepared an hour ahead. You’ll need no more than 15 minutes before serving time to assemble the elements and heat them up. This also demonstrates that soufflés can be made in a number of different ways.
