This herb-infused syrup for serving with fresh fruits is a magic elixir. Try other herbs, such as lemon thyme, lavender, or sage, in place of the rosemary. I love a combination of fresh figs, pears, and raspberries served with a slice of fresh young goat cheese and drizzled with a few tablespoons of the syrup. Hazelnut Biscotti are a perfect complement.
