  • 2 pints ripe strawberries, stemmed and halved
  • ¼ cup balsamic vinegar, preferably white

Method

In a medium bowl, gently combine the strawberries, vinegar, honey, pepper, and green peppercorns. Allow to stand, covered, in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
