Lemon Glaze

• 1 cup confectioners’ sugar, sifted
• 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

In a small saucepan, combine the sugar and lemon juice. Bring to a simmer and stir until the sugar is melted. Remove from the heat and set aside.
