  • About

Rose hips are available at health food stores and are very rich in vitamin C. They also add a rosy hue to the drink.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup apple juice or white grape juice
  • 2 teaspoons dried rose hips or 4

Method

Heat the apple juice and rose hips and simmer for 3 minutes. Remove from the heat and allow to cool. Strain and chill.

Fill 2 tall glasses half full of crushed ice and pour in the juice mixture, ginger ale, and lemon juice. Garnish each glass with a mint sprig and an apple slice.
