“Beau” is short for Beaujolais, that amiable, fruity red wine. This is a spin on hot mulled wine that’s perfect for the holidays, or with a “hot beau” if you so choose. The drink was developed by one of our talented culinary students at Valley Oaks, Jim Mitchell, who also does a mean Elvis impression.
