One of the most flavorful herbal teas I know is one made from scented geranium (not common garden geraniums). Scented geraniums are easy to grow and come in a wide variety of scents, including nutmeg, cinnamon, and rose. My favorite for tea is an heirloom variety of lemon geranium called Mabel Grey.
