This is what I eat when I’ve just got home from travelling – whether that’s been up and down the UK on trains, over the UK on flights, or just in a studio shooting all day. Basically wherever there has been some green lacking and I’m in need of something easy to digest that’s quick so I can get to bed and catch up on some zzzs.

I’ve based this on spinach and green peas, because they are the easiest to get hold of. Both can be pulled out of your freezer if necessary – not the best, b
