Ingredients

  • 125 g (½ cup) homemade yoghurt or yoghurt made from coconut

Method

  • Place all of the ingredients, apart from the saffron and rose petals, if using, into a blender and blend for 30 seconds until light and foamy. Alternatively, whisk by hand for a few minutes.
  • Skim off any fat that rises to the top and sprinkle with saffron or rose petals, if using.
