  • 60 g (¼ cup) homemade yoghurt

Method

  • Place all of the ingredients into a blender and blend for 30 seconds until light and foamy or whisk by hand for a few minutes.
  • Skim off any fat that rises to the top and sprinkle with black pepper to serve, if desired.
