Homemade dinner rolls are one of life’s simple pleasures. And though you can easily find recipes that take hours (or several days), these rich, yeasty rolls can be made with only 10 minutes of prep and 30 minutes of rising time. To gild the lily just a bit, I wrap the rolls in prosciutto, which forms a crispy outer shell, and crown them with chopped green olives for a salty, fruity hit. If you’re serving vegetarians, omit the prosciutto.
