Perfect for breakfast or as a snack, the beauty of the smoothie is that you can whizz it, slurp it and go. Start with the liquid as this creates a vortex, then add at least one item from each of the categories below and make sure everything is thoroughly blended. If you don’t have a high-powered jug blender, a stick blender works fine too.
