Dressing
- In a blender, combine the blood orange juice, red wine vinegar, maple syrup, garlic and Dijon mustard.
- Blend until smooth.
- With the blender running, add the grape seed oil in a steady stream until combined.
- Taste, and season with salt and pepper.
