Method

Pour all the water into a saucepan and heat over low heat. Combine the sugar and powdered gelatin and pour the mixture into the water, mixing with a whisk. Allow impurities (foam) to rise to the surface and remove them with a skimmer. Do not allow it to come to the boil, otherwise the gelatin will burn. When the liquid is perfectly clear, remove it from the heat.
