Bring the milk to the boil. To soften the almond paste, place it in the microwave oven on low power (400 to 500 W) for about 40 seconds. Blend it with the milk.
Chop the chocolate and melt it slowly in a bain-marie or in the microwave oven (on “defrost” or at 500 W maximum, stirring from time to time).
