  • Generous ¾ cup (210 ml) milk

Method

Prepare the bittersweet chocolate fondue. Bring the milk to the boil with the cream, glucose syrup, and honey. Slit the vanilla bean lengthways and scrape out the seeds. Leave the bean and seeds to infuse in the hot mixture.
