Oh boy, do I love a fried fisherman’s platter. When I was a little kid, my grandparents would take us on a once-a-year trip to Myrtle Beach. We looked forward to that trip all year long. My grandpa liked to go to the Sea Captain’s House for a special dinner; it was right on the beach. He loved fried seafood, especially oysters. This recipe makes me think of him.
