The Enoteca di Cormons is a cooperative with thirty members, twenty-eight of whom are wine producers from the Comune di Cormons in Friuli. The enoteca does not have a chef, but it does have a modest kitchen in which members are able to produce simple and tasty morsels to serve with their fine selection of wines.
