In Bologna, at the combination enoteca and osteria Olindo Faccioli, Carlo Faccioli serves this delicious house-made cornmeal cake with a dollop of warm zabaglione. The enoteca was established in 1924 by his grandfather Olindo, who bottled regional wines such as Alban, Sangiovese, Lambrusco, and Cabernet Sauvignon.
