To 4 dl (14 fl oz or U.S. cups) butter Sauce, add 2 dl (7 fl oz or U.S. cup) good roast gravy, ½ tbs ketchup and ½ tbs of Harvey’s Sauce.

This sauce is used as an accompaniment with roast veal.
