Method

Mix well together 200 g (7 oz) coarse semolina and 1 beaten egg; spread the mixture flat on a baking tray and place in a cool oven to dry.

Rub through a coarse sieve then poach in Bouillon for approximately 20 minutes. Drain well and use as required.
