Method

1 litre ( pt or U.S. cups) peas cooked à la Française with the addition of shredded lettuce; 2 sliced potatoes and 125 g ( oz) lean salt belly of pork cut in dice and blanched. All these are cooked together, then lightly thickened with alittle Beurre Manié.
