Mix 250 g (9 oz) sifted flour with 4 eggs and dl (1⅓ pt or 34¼ U.S. cups) milk boiled so as to reduce it by one-third; season with 10 g ( oz) salt. The milk may be replaced by White Bouillon in which case it is necessary to take account of the fact that the Bouillon is already salted and only sufficient seasoning should be added to ensure the correct taste of the mixture.

Cook in the same manner as for ordinary pancakes.
