2 litres (3½ pt or 9 U.S. cups) Consommé Croûte au Pot.
6 tbs small Gnocchi made from ordinary chou paste containing grated white Piedmont truffle and grated Parmesan cheese, cooked just before serving. Serve grated Parmesan cheese separately.
