Mix dl (1⅓ pt or U.S. cups) Crème de Pois frais with the same amount of Crème de Volaille. Cook 30 g (1 oz) Perles du Japon in 5 dl (18 fl oz or U.S. cups) White Bouillon and add the whole to the soup.
