Method

The finest and best known of English sausages are those of Cambridge.

They are cooked in the same way as the French kind, being either grilled or cooked in the oven and are often served for breakfast with bacon and sometimes as a garnish for roast poultry such as turkey or chicken.

They are frequently very highly seasoned, sometimes to excess.
