Method

Stuff the fattened pullet with rice as indicated for Poularde à la Diva and poach it in the usual manner.

Arrange on a dish and coat with Sauce Suprême flavoured with curry powder.

Serve accompanied with a dish of creamed cucumber or flap mushrooms.
