Prepare a Macaroni à l’Italienne adding a little Sauce Béchamel; place in a buttered gratin dish previously sprinkled with grated cheese.

Sprinkle the surface with a mixture of grated cheese and dry white breadcrumbs and with melted butter; gratinate in a hot oven.
