Ingredients

  • 500 g (1 lb 2 oz) sifted flour
  • 200 g (7 oz) butter
  • 150 g (5 oz) caster sugar
  • 3 eggs, ½ tsp orange flower water.

    Method

    Make the ingredients into a paste as for ordinary short paste; knead twice, roll into a ball and keep in a cool place covered with a cloth.
