Prepare the following filling: Mix 100 g ( oz) butter in a basin until soft and smooth then add and mix in 100 g ( oz) caster sugar, 3 tbs brandy, a small piece of Hazelnut Butter and a few drops of lemon juice.

Make the pancakes using Mixture C, spread them with the above filling, fold in four and serve arranged on a serviette.
