Method

Cream smoothly together 125 g ( oz) butter and 150 g (5 oz) caster sugar. Add 250 g (9 oz) very finely chopped almonds, a pinch of salt, ½ tbs of orange flower water, 2 egg yolks, 2 whole eggs and 1 dl ( fl oz or ½ U.S. cup) cream.

Pour this mixture into a buttered pie dish and cook au Bain-marie in the oven.
