Choose bananas which are just ripe but still a little firm. Remove the skin and cut the fruit into round slices. Plàce these in a dish, sprinkle with sugar mixed with orange sugar and allow to macerate for 15 minutes.

When required for serving, arrange the sliced banana in) a salad bowl, sprinkle with Kirsch and lightly mix, so as not to damage the slices.
