Method

Add 50 g (2 oz) freshly roasted and ground coffee beans to the milk and allow to infuse for 20 minutes.

Alternatively, use the same amount of ground coffee and dl (9 fl oz or 1⅛ U.S. cups) boiling water to make a strong infusion then strain it and add to dl ( pt or 3⅛ U.S. cups) boiled milk.

Proceed in the usual manner.
