Method

Having stated that Sorbets can be made from all kinds of fruit juices such as pineapple, cherries, strawberries, raspberries, redcurrants, etc. and with all kinds of liqueurs and wines such as Port, Samos wine, Marsala, Rhine wines, Rum, Kirsch, Brandy etc., and that the method of preparation is the same for all of them, it is judged to be unnecessary to give a separate recipe for each.
