Ingredients

  • 500-750 g (1-1½ lb) sauerkraut
  • salt
  • 2 onions

Method

Put the sauerkraut in an earthenware casserole in a pre-heated oven (180°C, 350°F, gas mark 4) for 20-30 minutes. Add salt and the finely chopped onions to the sauerkraut and mix well. Add the oil which has been heated up with the aromatic herbs and stir in until well mixed. Continue c
