Ingredients

  • 150 ml (5 fl oz) cucumber brine
  • 1 cooked diced carrot

Method

Combine all but the last three ingredients and allow to stand for 20-30 minutes. Add the kvass; taste, adjust the salt, mix in the hard-boiled eggs and serve with sour cream.
