Method

Mix two-thirds of the milk with the yeast, flour, butter and the egg yolks and allow to rise. Add the salt, sugar and the remainder of the milk; beat, add the beaten egg whites, let rise again and cook immediately, as described above, using the vegetable oil to grease the frying pan.
