Method

Dissolve half the flour, the yeast and the butter in the milk, mix and allow to rise. Beat the mixture and add the remaining flour, the salt and the egg yolks mixed with the sugar; beat again. Beat the egg whites and add with the cream; mix well and allow to rise again, then cook as described above.
