  • 25 g (1 oz) yeast
  • 1 teaspoonsugar

Method

Dissolve the yeast, sugar and 1-2 teaspoons of flour in 4 tablespoons of milk or water; leave for 15 minutes. Mix the dissolved yeast with the remaining ingredients.
