Ingredients

  • 4 hard-boiled eggs
  • salt
  • 125 ml (4 fl oz) sour cream

Method

Slice the hard-boiled eggs, place in a gratin dish, salt them and pour thick sour cream over them. Place in the oven at 200°C, 400°F, gas mark 6, for 10-15 minutes. Sprinkle with chopped dill before serving.
