Ingredients

  • 5 boiled potatoes, puréed
  • 1-1 tablespoonsgrated raw potato
  • 2 eggs

Method

Make a mixture of the potato purée and grated potato and beat in the eggs and all the remaining ingredients; mix well until an elastic consistency is achieved. Using a teaspoon, drop small quantities of the mixture into boiling salted water. Boil for 7-8 minutes.
