Mix the cooked and raw egg yolks together, add the sour cream, butter, sugar and wine and mix into a uniform paste. Then gradually add the flour and ground nuts and mix up well to form a dough. Roll out the dough to a thickness of 1 cm (½ in) and cut out circles with a glass. Place these on a well-greased baking sheet; brush with beaten egg yolk, sprinkle with sugar and ground nuts, prick in se
