Method

Mix the grated potatoes with the flour, bicarbonate of soda and salt and allow to stand for 10 minutes. Form into a batter by mixing with the milk. Fry the pancakes in a hot frying pan, greased with a little sunflower oil. Place in an ovenproof dish, cover with sour cream and bake in the oven (180°C, 350°F, gas mark 4) for 5-7 minutes.
